Group courses, workshops and 1:1 lessons held locally, in Bawtry, Near Doncaster in South Yorkshire, and online with the Love & Stitches Club.
Courses Overview
5- week, or 5-day sewing courses, with small class sizes, all completely tailored to your individual needs. You choose your project, and together we will work towards creating something wonderful. Each session will cover different aspects of clothes making, and regardless of your starting point, I guarantee that your confidence and skill set will have grown by the end of the course.

- Read & understand the pattern
- Picking the right fabric
- Cutting & arranging your pattern to fabric
- Pattern & minor adjustments to fit
- Hemming your garment & finishing off
Practical Info
For your first lesson, you’ll need to have a pattern ready for whatever you are planning to make. You will also need to have sourced and purchased your fabric, but you might not need it in the first session. If you need any advice on patterns, or what type of fabric will be best for your project, I am more than happy to advise you.
I do have a small selection of patterns from independent pattern designers such as ‘Tilly & the Buttons’ available for you to purchase if needed.
