Silent Auction – Bid Now!
I’ve been doing a lot of walking recently. That’s because my partner, Gary & I are doing a 26 mile trek raising money for the Alzheimer’s Society.
All donations are gratefully received, and you can donate here.
As a part of our fundraising, I have had a very generous donation from Kim Horrocks, a lovely customer and friend, of a £30 Bagladybird Learn to Sew Gift Voucher.
I’ve upped the value of the voucher to £35 and you can bid on it in a Silent Auction.
You can bid by the deadline of 10am Tuesday 30th August – just send me an email to alison@bagladybird.com
Get your bids in now for the Silent Auction!

We will be Trekking 26 miles around Stonehenge and Salisbury plains on Saturday 3rd September. Gary and I did our final long training walk on Saturday and did a hilly 20 miles. This was pretty tough.

The actual route is 26 miles and 2500 feet. And I chose the Salisbury Plains event because I thought that plains were flat!
We officially started our training plan 16 weeks before the event, but we’ve been in pre-training since January. Gradually upping our time out walking and distances covered until our long walks became our short walks!
We’ve got this!!!
